For more than 16 years I have assisted clients as a property manager and realtor. There is no transaction too large or too small for me to execute. I have very high standards incorporating caring, creativity and professionalism. I work extremely hard for my clients and pride myself on providing outstanding customer satisfaction. I will work tirelessly from the moment you hire me until every part of the transaction is complete.

Commitment

As a listing agent, I work with the owners to ensure that prospective buyers will fall in love with their home. I bring in staging materials as well as work with professional stagers to enhance the home and make it more attractive to buyers. Often repairs or work to the grounds can lead to dramatic increases to the property value. I can present you with potential pre-sale design strategies to increase the market value associated with each proposed upgrade. Finally, I can introduce you to licensed contractors who can perform the work promptly in a cost effective manner.

I pride myself in the ability to listen. I will listen to wants, needs, and desires that you, as the buyer will have. I then take the time to explain everything from how to find the right house, to making the most attractive offer that is right for you. Once your offer is accepted, I work closely with the sellers to ensure that your escrow goes smoothly. At the close of escrow I will be proud to be the one handing you the keys to your new home.

Integrity

Real estate valuation is based on the theory of comparables as well as supply and demand. My objective is to provide the seller with a comprehensive market plan to properly price their home. It has been my experience that when property is properly positioned in the market, it usually sells quickly.

Community

I am on the board of Pathways, an organization that works with children. I contribute to the Dixie Children’s fund. I work with Celebrate Life, an advocate for breast cancer. I was also the creator of the “Marinwood Makeover”.
